Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Participant:

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the workshop date are eligible for a full refund, excluding payment gateway charges.
Cancellations made 3–6 dayy before the workshop will receive a 50% refund, excluding payment gateway charges.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event or no-shows are non-refundable.
Payment gateway charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Rescheduling:

Rescheduling is not permitted. Participants who cannot attend will need to cancel as per the above policy.

Cancellation by Growteq AgriFarms:

 If the workshop is cancelled by us due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., minimum participant count not met, trainer unavailability, etc.), participants will receive:

A  100% refund including payment gateway charges, or
An option to transfer the booking to a future workshop (if available and agreed by both parties).
