2. Registration & Payment
Workshop seats are confirmed only upon full payment. Confirmation and details will be emailed within 24–48 hours after successful registration.

3. Changes to Schedule
Growteq AgriFarms reserves the right to alter the schedule, venue, or speaker due to operational reasons or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to behave professionally. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the workshop without a refund.

5. Liability Disclaimer
While we aim to provide accurate and practical information, Growteq AgriFarms shall not be held liable for any decisions, losses, or damages arising from the use of the information provided during the workshop.

By attending, participants consent to being photographed or recorded during the workshop for promotional purposes.

Cancellation by Participant:

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the workshop date are eligible for a full refund, excluding payment gateway charges.
Cancellations made 3–6 dayy before the workshop will receive a 50% refund, excluding payment gateway charges.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event or no-shows are non-refundable.
Payment gateway charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Rescheduling:

Rescheduling is not permitted. Participants who cannot attend will need to cancel as per the above policy.

Cancellation by Growteq AgriFarms:

 If the workshop is cancelled by us due to unforeseen reasons (e.g., minimum participant count not met, trainer unavailability, etc.), participants will receive:

A  100% refund including payment gateway charges, or
An option to transfer the booking to a future workshop (if available and agreed by both parties).

We recommend bringing a notebook, pen, and a list of questions. If the workshop is conducted on-site, please wear appropriate footwear and sun protection.

4. Will I receive a certificate?
Yes, all participants will receive a *certificate of participation* after completing the workshop.

5. Are meals or refreshments included?
Yes, basic refreshments and lunch (for full-day workshops) are included. Any dietary restrictions can be informed in advance.

6. Can I transfer my seat to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your registration to another person by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event.

7. Is there any follow-up support after the workshop?
Yes, we offer limited post-workshop support via email or WhatsApp for clarification and guidance on implementation.
